Gateway is made up of two 75-acre, master-planned campuses. All sites at the Park are fully permitted and serviced with public water, sewer and gas utilities. Telecommunication and electrical services are underground and include fiber optic infrastructure.

Build-to-suit construction of your new office space or building can be handled by Gateway or alongside trusted contractors. We can provide development services such as ground-up construction, tenant improvement projects and fit-ups, construction management services, design and space planning, renovations, and LEED building options. We work with our clients to personalize every aspect of construction from site selection to identification of custom features and options.

Both of Gateway’s campuses provide a strategic location with direct access to several major highways and interstates including Interstates 40, 85, 73, 74, US Highway 29 and future Interstate 785, and also provide easy access to the Piedmont Triad International Airport. In addition, both locations are strategically located to local amenities such as golf courses, YMCA, daycare facilities, restaurants, and retail centers, in addition to NC A&T State University, The University of North Carolina Greensboro, and other area higher education institutions.
