Meeting Room

Gateway Research Park offers one meeting room, which can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for business-related.   This space can be utilized by Gateway tenants as part of their partnership, free of charge, and priority use is given to tenant reservations. Non-tenants may also reserve these rooms, subject to a facility use fee and/or room rental fee, subject to availability.

 

Room rental rates:

Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm) = $350 (4 hr minimum); $600 (8 hr to 5pm).  Extra $50 per hour past 5pm.

All facility rentals require a signed Policy & Procedures and a Certificate of Insurance.
